- Your postcode, and whether you are male, female, or prefer not to say (to help connect you with someone local)
- Any questions or messages you send us
Under 18s: This service is not for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect or retain data for under 18s. If we learn that a record belongs to a minor, we will suppress it and securely delete it.
We also collect technical, non-identifying information when you visit our website. This includes:
- IP address
- Browser type and device information
- Pages viewed on our site
- How you arrived at our site, such as the ad or link you clicked. We keep this in your browser for the length of your visit so it can be attached to your enquiry if you submit the form.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our form to tell real people from automated spam. It checks your browser, and Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy.
We may also use cookies and tracking technologies (such as the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand how people interact with our ads and website, which helps us improve our service. This may involve third parties like Meta, Microsoft and Google collecting or processing data in line with their own privacy policies.
